  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Modifications & Changes

  • Guide & Company Discretion: DutchTrips reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of itinerary changes, we will offer alternative arrangements or reschedule the tour.
  • If a tour is canceled by DutchTrips due to exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Tour Experience & Responsibilities

  • Our tours operate in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
  • Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour without eligibility for a refund.
  • DutchTrips is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings during the tour.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • DutchTrips and its guides take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, participation in tours is at your own risk.
  • We strongly recommend that all guests have personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
